Turkesterone is an ecdysteroid, a type of plant compound, found in Ajuga turkestanica, a plant native to Central Asia. Supplements are sold as an extract standardised to a stated percentage of this supplement. Research in humans is limited.

How to take this supplement

Follow the serving directions on the label and do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Who should not take this supplement
